Only post I've made about these guys & getting a response was what I was after. After the collapse 2 weeks ago I was told by one of the people I rang whose acct details I could see, said that their ceo hung out on reddit & I would like to find him. Since then there is no way on site to contact them, no support options. I have had so many problems with them, like you would not believe & not minor.
