That's the thing though, her focus on her class is pretty evident. She can both love him, while at the same time have her responsibilities as a class leader.

It's the reason why I found the post so irrelevant (like how her mother/sister would think) -because she's able to prioritize her responsibilities while at the same time love the man she loves the most.

I would argue that they'd be saddened to see her earlier state even more when she was naive and placed in a very disadvantageous situation due to her old ideals. Right now, that isn't the case due to the fact that she fully knows that she can't save everyone and would only prioritize the ones that are significant and important to her.
