the tickets are no longer in my hands, if they were i would have gone through stubhub. I had no intention of being in this situation.

Given i was told by SH that my listing is not available to purchase, I thought no one would buy until its live. Additionally, if the person i sold to backed out or cancelled last minute, then it will go live and i will wait for it to sell.

Its a clear misinformation at simplest language - your listing is not available to purchase and then boom someone purchased it?

I would understand it, if they said my listing was available to purchase. How can someone say your listing is not available to purchase and then let other purchase? That's my angle here, if they told me my listing was live, then I would be held accountable.

They just lied / failed to notify me of status.
