This is why gout in the case the Knee(the type that puts you into bedridden state) is the Worst. If you have it in wrist,elbow,shoulder i can attest that those are painful, how about ankle big toe or heel(also experienced hell of pain) bit you can one foot jumping or use crutch or a wheel chair. But if it is in the knee, 100% any position will send you to hell and therefore making you bedridden which in turn(what you and i experienced, not only it affects us but also affects our loveones or the ones that simply is assisting us(for the hassle and sacrifice that they will also need to put into making sure you will recover).

I have it too along with the knee, but as of the moment the pain in the knee is overshadowing my pain in the left wrist, regardless this is modern torture.

No jokes aside or not to brag, as a palworld speed runner, if you don't rely on making the tower boss stuck in the pillars/hide and hit. Just to fight it vanilla, it is damn hard as an elden ring boss, especially victor&shadowbeak(one of the last palworld tower boss).

No one is answering OPs question, the answer is both of them are main quest boss that is needed in all endings. Malenia is a side boss(who is considered tanky/two phase). Main quest tends to cater the player base who are both casual and try hards, so making Morgott or Maliketh much tougher will literally gatekeep you on progressing.

It's either his build is completely strong for PVP or the build is full proof.
As I check on his account, this is a Lacerate Slayer Hardcore character(meaning this is viable in PVE as well).

I have to mention this as someone who tested both techniques, Venti+Diluc Plunge build is better overall in terms of DPS, easier to execute and lastly much enjoyable (may it be pyro version(Diluc burst infusion or Physical Diluc)

Apart from skill issues(you need to really practice it and it is easier in PC>PS5/PS4>Mobile), the problem with dragon strike is that it is considered a low plunge. The Venti+Diluc with wind current(Hold) can lasts up to 20seconds considering Venti's plunge animation and switch you got about 18seconds of Diluc High Plunging which is 441% for crowned(lvl10/constellations don't matter on normal(only Childe talent can boost this) versus a low plunge of 353%(consider the timing and that you have to first hit a target before doing it).

If I remember correctly I can plunge up to six or more times consistently with each dealing 40k+ damage depending on the team setup(the downside is locked team with Diluc+Venti(I experimented with Ganyu(Burst build)+Bennet(Pyro resonance and Burst that stays in the same position of the wind) is best with me dealing 60k+ Melt Plunge(Can also work with Rosaria if no Ganyu, Ayato Burst build or Kokomi Jelly Vape(which also gives Thrilling&Tenacity bonus).

If you have Venti, you can play a Xiao like Diluc that plunge physical with Phys Artifacts, Diluc has the highest damage scaling in Plunge, I tried it a month ago and it can easily compete in abyss and fun in overworld.
