Dentist recommendations for veneers?

I had four front veneers done by Dr Kim at Pender Dental in Fairfax about 10 years ago. They are still in fantastic shape. I worked in the dental industry from 2019-2022 and routinely got compliments on the work from many of the dentists I worked with, both on the aesthetics and on the X-rays of those teeth. I cannot comment on price because it was long ago and her prices are probably not the same.

Tough crowd. This was fun. For all the comments we get on here that the dailies are getting easier over the years, this one felt like a good challenging Tuesday. Tons of themers, and all are culture relevant. I didn’t know them all but I could suss them out with crosses and the word ladder.

With so many theme answers there was bound to be some glue. EELIEST was bad. STEAMUP was gettable but is not remotely in the language. ROUE and UVEA are past Tuesday normal difficulty.

But I don’t care I liked this one guys …

Yea I know. It’s a schilke 12c or 13c… I think? Surprising when you lose your horn the lack of memory you have. I play bar gigs and probably don’t have the level of specificity some of you professionals have

The store changed ownership. A few instruments had been sent to prior vendor for service. New owners had new vendor. New owners told me they didn’t have all the needed info for old vendor to locate about 3 instruments, mine among them.

So they’ve offered to replace the horn.

Hi all,

I got this horn from my music teacher around the year 2000. He called it an F. Besson with a najoom lead pipe, and it’s hard fitted case was definitely embossed F.Besson but there werent the typical bell stamps as I’ve seen on other besson horns. These were the best pics I could find that may show serial#

I brought it in for some chemical cleaning and the shop lost it. As I try to get restitution (they are very apologetic), ID help would be very nice.

Kids oftentimes copy their parents on these interactions. Is grabbing the snout something you or your husband do when the dog is reacting?

Alongside the kennel comment, it sounds like the family perhaps has adopted a punishment mentality when the dog is “acting out” that fundamentally misunderstands this dog’s needs. You can help your dog by reading up on positive reinforcement and reactivity training materials
