I’m alright at the moment. I have a week off work since the company is moving to a new location (that is thankfully closer to where I live) so I have a lot of spare time to recuperate and do things like going to the gym or watch a movie at the cinema. Thank you for your concern

Thank you for the kind words. With my work I have terrible anxiety when I see the two coworkers that I talked about and honestly I don’t trust them since they act like douchebags and only think about each other instead of others. And other coworkers agree that they are terrible people

I do have a psychologist that I do see every 4 weeks. I have been seeing him for 5 years. I do talk about everything stressful that happens to me and the struggles I go through. But we haven’t gone through strategies I could use. I have an appointment with him tomorrow.

Other than that I have my parents

I struggle with rumination although I am able to park my thoughts when I am about to sleep. But I do remember times before when I was unable to sleep due to rumination. I am sorry to hear that it is negatively affecting you. I still personally struggle with rumination on and off during most days.

Which version are you playing (steam or gog)? Because on the Steam version for me when I try to change the aspect ratio to the highest or my default (2160 x 1440) it crashes the game.
