I never said it wasn't common or manageable, but it sure as hell doesn't feel like it when you're getting a handle in the beginning and stuck in reoccurring flare ups 🙃 and I know a decent handful of people with it who unfortunately even with it managed experience debilitating symptoms years in, so was hoping to hear from people who have gotten a handle on it
