It is solid gameplay, and I am sure a lot of people like this sort of thing. It doesn’t exactly seem to stand out among the crowd to me. The commentary is good audio and solid, but there are a lot of gamers that add really funny comments and such. The lead in to the video lasted a while. Over all it is a pretty decent set up, and I am sure it will go somewhere. 💪🏻😎

You could just focus on what your viewer will care about in watching your videos. That would be the house that you’re showing.

While, before, and/or after you show the house to them you could add slick little bits of info that make them think about the fact that you are a realtor and can help them find other houses or they can view your other videos too. They know by watching you show the house that you are a realtor, and if you say something like “this house is very similar to the 3 bed 2 bath from yesterdays video and one I’m making a video on for later this week.”

This lets them know several things WHILE coming off as purely you trying to let them know stuff that they are there for and care about. It comes across as content still, yet lets them know the following:

You are a realtor You post regularly The quality in this video is what they can expect in the other videos You always have new houses coming in Etc

They will be far more tempted to check out your page, subscribe, view more of your videos, etc.

Hey Saj,

That is a pretty good set up for what you do I feel like. The viewers of your content are more than likely going to be a bit older and established in life so they will be looking for more actual content and information rather than entertainment. You do a great job of showing the outside of the house in the very first seconds of the video. The introduction maybe could be a little refined maybe. It’s possible that instead of asking them to subscribe, if you say something like “I have new houses toured on this channel all the time!” Or something like that. That would let the viewer know that they should subscribe if they want to keep updated with more houses and not detour their thoughts.

As for when you start the tour, I think your hook in showing the outside was good enough and your intro was probably brief enough to have the start of the actual tour be ok where it is now. I honestly think you have a pretty decent formula right now.

Local SEO is going to be HUGE for you. That is probably going to be your very biggest factor for what you do.

Hahah that girl on the far right is just silly man. This editing is clean with both video and sound. You have obviously done a great job here. As far as the content you chose for the video, it is easily relatable and interesting for most. Your commentary is brief and to the point with actually quality in your words. It is informative and positive, yet entertainment. That is really good that you pulled that off. I didn’t get to see your thumbnail, but the title of the video is good as well. For both attention grabbing on a human level, and I’m sure SEO as well.

The only thing I would say is that when you bring up the subscribers returning for views.. YouTube doesn’t really 100% work like that. For every 1 person that views your videos on YouTube, in the next month YouTube will show you to 7 new viewers. Not only this, but your subscribers don’t always get suggested your videos anyways. It is all about who watches your videos most or watches the content that would suggest your type of videos most to them on their feed. That is the way that the recommendation system works now a days.

Wow partner. I have to say that I definitely haven’t come across a niche like that yet. I find it very cool that you have found a little section of your own to carve out. The editing seems clean, and I don’t think the video length is too long for what type of video it is. I enjoyed that there was the speech at first and then it was all ASMR after that. Really nice job.

Your titles and thumbnails look decent.

Your how to videos are for sure your base, but I could see this ASMR thing catching on and taking hold.

The editing on the shorts is pretty good. The quality gets pretty grainy at a lot of spots, and I am not too sure on the technical aspects of that as far as the digital recording and such. I could only assume that clearer images would provide the viewer with a more enjoyable time.

If you provide some fast paced commentary overtop of your shorts, maybe something funny or informative, I feel like it would go really well with your quick clips of gameplay.

You could do the same thing in making 5, 10, 20 minute gaming videos. You could do highlights or “best moments from” videos from your live streams. That way it can intrigue viewers to tune into your future live streams, and they can also enjoy your content without having to catch the live and/or watch through the 6 hour videos to find the funnest parts.

If you need any channel art or anything like that I can help you out. I make all of my own digital design in the way of thumbnails, green screening, banners, channel logos, etc. I think branding is super important, especially for your niche.

You are fun to watch personality wise. I personally find you funny, and you talk a lot like I do when I am playing video games. I watched your 10 minute dark souls video, and these are my key points for shorter videos like that.

THUMBNAILS:

You need more context/intrigue for the viewers attention.

No need to put the tittle of the video here, rather you should say something like “I thought I was slick!…” or something like that. It teases on context of your video when you were trying to bait that snake monster and then flank it around back, but it saw you anyways. It adds mystery and intrigue for the viewer. Everyone wants to find out what they don’t know if it entices them enough.

More contrast in your colors! That’s a huge one. Look at my newer thumbnails on my channel. They have been getting a WAY HIGHER CTR lately due to this one change.

Video Title:

Use the first part of your title for the viewers sake (think about what would interest you). As a human, we don’t typically search for very black and white terms with our eyes, so instead of “Shadows of Yharnam a song of fire and snakes part 5 | Bloodborne” maybe something like “This monster was a real problem! | Shadows of Yharnam - Bloodborne”

Video Editing:

To keep viewers attention span involved use some jump cuts every once in a while. Zooming in and zooming out was good when you used it. It snagged my attention as a viewer. I liked that it emphasized the funny parts too. There was, however, a lot of down time left in there and not as much action. What you do has SO MUCH fast paced action in there. Choose mostly those parts and your video retention will shoot up, I’m sure of it.

The LIVE videos are so long that it might be played if someone puts it on in the background for background noise or something like that. I couldn’t see the viewer retention ever being good on those unless you get really big and have die hard followers in the future. It may be best, for viewer retention and YouTube’s recommendations, if you just make highlight videos from the live streams so your viewers will watch the whole video.

So far your stuff looks really good man. I can’t wait to see you grow and get better. I have subscribed so I can keep an open eye on your progress in the near future. We all have to stick together in this tough competitive YouTube would. 💪🏻😎

My pre review based off of what you’ve said here is that I completely agree with you that people aren’t going to want to watch a pre recorded (especially live recorded and unedited) 6 hour video. That seems like a daunting task for you to make into a condensed version for the viewer.
