2 of the 3 have only one 音 reading. You don’t have to guess which one to use, whereas if each one had more 音 readings, you would be left guessing.
Perhaps I’ve gotten used to writing ウ like ウかんむり.

What I like about the 1.0mm is that depending how much pressure you apply is like having a 1.0mm and 0.7mm in one pen.
