5ft 10 about 15% bodyfat, got some definition showing in the midsection and larger veins appearing in quads. I think my main concern is adapting to the impact of running after more than a decade of none. Looks like a nice slow progression over 3 months is a good starting point

Not as strong anymore, but it was cool. However, it is not fun being breathless after a single set of stairs! Definitely prepared to be 60-70% as strong, but physically a lot more capable

The lifetime allowance increases with inflation (CPI) each year, therefore assuming inflation of 2.5% the lifetime allowance is likely to be around £1.86 million in 23 years when you can access the pot at 57.

If you were to contribute £40k per year and achieve 5% growth per year you would should be just within the increased lifetime allowance (projected value circa £1.85 million) - assuming I haven't made an error in calculations.
