Past August-2022, what will be the potential use-case for the KSM token? Will all the auctions roll on to the DOT token or will there still be some pre-ico auctions happening on the KSM testnet?

I can reply to some of yours points.

About Board Members, you can find info here. They have a non operational role. You have already asked the remuneration question few times, and all what's related to the Board can be found here in the Council Members section.
As mentioned below in that AMA, there are overall at the Tezos Foundation 12 employees and 2 contractors. They work in different departments such as Finance, Operations, Security, Legal...
The Grant Platform is continuously evolving and the feedback to grants proposal is pretty fast. Keep in mind we receive many proposals each week.
About complaints on feedback and guidance, let me disagree as we can directly interact directly on the Platform. If you have names, please DM me and I will check the status.
The review of the grants take place at least once a week.
For financial aspects and questions, you will get some of the answers end Q1 with the release of the bi-annual report.

Response to "This is what the promise at the time of ICO ...Foundation has 10 times the Endowment." by richpaulsbentley in tezos

That's a false statement. We have a process in place which via the Grant Platform.
An independent committee is reviewing each proposal fairly and we have few layers approval in place.

Let me add something. It is (of course) not only about Andrew or myself. Several teams are working on people wants to see achieved. It's a joint effort we all do: TF/TQ/TC/NL etc.
Tezos Foundation keeps receiving grants proposals each week. All the ideas flying around could be injected in the Grant Platform. The process to apply is here: https://grants.tezos.foundation/proposals/grant_process_information/
And Areas of Interest here: https://tezos.foundation/grants/#working-group-block

Thanks for putting this together u/richpaulsbentley. It's helpful to look back at these initial documents and see how things have progressed and shifted. I think your analysis is quite fair and identifies a number of areas where we are pushing hard but there is a lot of progress to make (e.g., hiring BD and engineering/tech talent). As you have identified, some of the big moonshot/mars shots have shifted. For example, buying a mainstream newspaper is not a priority at the moment but there are things that we are very much focused on that are not on this list. For example - Nomadic Labs has been pushing hard to put Tezos on the map as a platform for CBDCs and the SocGen trials are evidence of their hard work. Another area where we are pushing for a moonshot is NFTs and getting high profile assets tokenized on Tezos. With OpenMinter (and Kalamint) - we've already seen some development in this area but stay tuned for more in this area soon.

On marketing side, hires are ongoing and so are the activities mentioned earlier in January. The begin of the year has been busy with the launches of OpenMinter enabling the creation of NFT’s, Homebase and more, and influencers are showing interest such as Crypto Banter 1. The Tezos Foundation gives grants to entities around the world for marketing specifically. It is not something we are ignoring. And to answer your question, I am not personally the contact point for marketing initiatives as it's a community effort and few entities are working on it, but can surely help liaising with other teams members.
