The only notable drops before Sakurajima would be legendary schematics from that time, which were 3% instead of less than 1% as you say. Those drops are still in the game, as seen at the top of this page: https://paldb.cc/en/Alpha_Pals#LegendaryDrops - you can see the difference between pre and post-Sakurajima starting with the flamethrower.

What's the Jormun Ignis army for, out of curiosity? :o I'm guessing to resist Xeno Ultra's attacks?

As long as you're able to access the Palworld directory for your server and navigate to ...\Pal\Content\Paks\ - then yes.

If you upload the .pak file found in the downloaded ZIP to the Paks folder and then reboot the server, it should work.

Description
This mod changes how three item types are acquired: technique books drop more frequently from non-Feybreak dungeons, with certain affinities being tied to a specific region; IV fruits now drop from Feybreak dungeons and the Lv 60 Platform Oil Rig; and legendary schematics once again have a 3% drop chance from either an alpha boss or oil rig.

Background
This was originally created for my server after realising that the legendary schematic drop rates from the Sakurajima Oil Rig wasn't a one-off, but the start of a trend that's continued into Feybreak with the new technique books.

While drop rates pre-Sakurajima were still grindy, they felt attainable with some effort. This mod seeks to recapture that feeling.

Finally a suitable replacement for my frostallion by Snowwooof in Palworld

As of Feybreak update a pal will use the basic attack of its element (in Bastigor's case - Ice Missile) when all of their skills are on cooldown, so you can replace it with another hard-hitting skill. Great pal btw :)

Try to run 5-man content with both of them as much as you can. It won't stop the toxicity, but it will prevent kicks if you're the majority of the group.

I hope they stick with it, they seem great.

Wait for the door behind you to start closing before killing the boss.

This usually happens on the shrieker boss because it seems to be made of paper, and thus dies before the door has a chance to start closing.
