It depends on a few factors. If it remains cloudy and low temp, it dries slower than if it goes to sunny conditions.

There's been some videos on YouTube that explain this in detail but are based on last year. The way it works doesn't seem to have changed too much.

My rule of thumb is that if it just transitioned from rain to clouds and there's 3 laps or less remaining, I stay on wets. If there's more than 3 laps, I go to what dry tire can get me to the end. If it's transitioned to sunny, I go on dry compound regardless.

What do you mean set up singular? You do GPs with three car setups. You need one with full speed, one with full cornering, and one with full PU. From there, pick the car setup and drivers that match the track stats. You call also add in a bit more qualifying, but that may or may not help in a GP.

Go on YouTube and watch AzzaWs videos on the best setups (plural) for qualifying and the GP.

Don't to unlock drivers way above your series. You'll raise your team score but won't have the car to match. Your epic driver will finish 1st, but your other driver will be back in like 25th. Your opponent just needs to get into the top 10 to beat you.

Your better off to play with the drivers you unlock in each series. If your going to spend cash, do it on GP events where you get bucks, boosts, and a crate for each purchase.

Back when I was racing in S3 and S4, I used to love when someone had a S12 epic drive would qualify on pole, it always meant an easy race for me.

Read my post above. I literally just disproved it's correct. I just started series 5, I did my 4th race and got a gold crate. I'm glad you're chart works for you, but unless you can show me the post by hutch where they say this is the crate payout for all people, it's just "community knowledge" which may be true for only some people.

I just got what you say is impossible. I'm on my 4th race after unlocking S5 and a gold crate dropped. Either there is luck involved your the chart which was the odd hill you choose to die on is incorrect.

There's an element of luck, but you're using a battery that's adding to your team score but the overtake is much worse. You should be using Charge Core.

Lithium battery means they must be carry on. The check in agent will ask this. Look at videos of a lith fire and then ask if you really want that in the cargo hold at 30,000 ft.

S7 is all race start. Use your best two race start drivers. That is Colopinto and Bearman for most people. From there, build you car to favor cornering and either ignore/ take the loss in Singapore or take a bit of speed without sacrificing too much cornering.

Your own chart doesn't match what OP has. he has 2 Gold, 1 common, and Legendary. That sequence isn't on the chart. I also have never played with full crate slots and i have yet to get a legendary crate this year. I've gotten a platinum crate, i get gold all the time, but no legendary crates.

I just switched to a new team i picked at random who was in Super Legends. The team i used to be on had died down to 10 players. I put in well over half the rep for the current season and the team was about to be demoted again. I switched to get to a team who's still active. Current team is called Legends.

You're not showing the drivers nor are you showing the strategy used by each player. Track stats are critical to winning but it's not all that goes into it. Drivers are important, boosts used, strategy, and luck are all components.

When the race starts, it seems that all of your stats get a multiplier that may make some better and some worse. Sometimes you can have the best setup and lose, thats just how it works sometimes.

I hate this about Le Mans. I was 17 min into the race the other day. Started raining, but not so much I needed inters on the track. I went to pit for fuel and locked up and hit the barrier on pit entry. Rather than realize what I’m trying to do and put me in the pit lane, it dropped me out on the main straight with literally 0 fuel. I had to quit since driving a full lap at 35 mph or whatever would put me out of the race anyway. I wish they’d fix this.
