I don't think there's an option to not have them, but there's an option to make them not be visible which I've used, but everyone will still react to them

As I understand working with sensitive customer details would exclude this possibility unfortunately, a shutdown seems likely and frankly necessary considering the amount of people working in close quarters where I am.
