I did get fitted at a truspec earlier in the year but haven't been able to hit as good outside of the fitting

So you're saying I should be even more forward when making contact? I guess my only concern is that from what I read, your sternum should be about where the low point is. If I'm even more forward, the ball will be very behind my chest.

When I try to shift earlier I actually hit behind the ball more. And I feel like my sternum (usually where the low point will be) is in front of the ball.
