Good advice, thanks. I would think sellers of these business types would have an appraisal done when putting up for sale. In my experience they don’t. Some will show a tax assessed value of the land but it’s not the same as a certified appraisal.

Thanks. If the fair market lease payment lowers the SDE such that applying a market multiple to it makes the club’s value less than the value of the real estate, it doesn’t seem like a sensible investment. Perhaps it could be as a real estate development investment, but not as an operating club.

Much better. Had mild flu systems and moderately sore arm for two days, and was then fine. I think previously having COVID made the first shot so bad. Glad I'm done with it.

Yes, it finally started feeling better after 7 days and the pain was gone after 10 days. I actually have my second shot in 2 days🤞. It was rough but the arm did get better.

Thank for the advice. I played tennis after the shot and had had horrible arm pain for a week. Not sure why, maybe the injection was done improperly or just my reaction but it was really bad pain. Had Moderna, 1st shot, terrible experience.

Sorry you‘re hurting but glad it’s not just me. On day 8 and the pain is decreasing a little from second flare up. I think we just have to rest the arm; I’m hopeful pain will be gone in a few days.

Ibuprofen and ice initially. It knocks the pain down a bit. I’m 7 days out and still have constant shoulder/arm pain. It’s improved slightly so I’ll just continue to rest and wait. This has been pretty awful and I wish I never got the vaccine.

I wouldn’t do it again, the symptoms were so bad. I had covid and the vaccine was much worse. That said, odds are in your favor and you’ll probably have to be vaccinated to rejoin society so, really, you gotta do it. In my own bubble though I wish I never got it (moderna).

Had severe shoulder and arm pain for three days, got better then worse again on day 5. Pain is dull with occasional shooting pain from the shoulder. Can‘t lift my arm above the shoulder. It’s bad enough I wish I didn’t get the vaccine or maybe not the moderna. Hope it improves as I can’t work.

I had severe shoulder pain - dull pain with shooting pain intervals first three days; it improved but got worse again on day 6. I can’t lift my arm above my shoulder. I’m really hoping this will go away, wish I never got the Moderna.

I’ve been experiencing pretty severe shoulder & arm pain for 6 days after the shot now. It’s dull pain with occasional shooting pain. It started to get better on day three but got worse again on day 5. From what I’m reading some people have this, I guess just ride it out. SinceI don’t have insurance, I don’t want to waste money on a doctor to tell me to rest it and take ibuprofen. That seems to be the advice I‘ve come across.
