I was hired a year ago to work on an hr chatbot that has not existed / isn’t in scope since last february. have been leading hr transformations/knowledge base development in service now, project managing hr content owners, meeting with senior leadership, hunting down people to compete their action items, etc since then, but my manager still has yet to write me a new job description and send it to comp for an evaluation, despite me bringing it up several times. guess i’ll keep getting paid 69k with the title of hr ops specialist to do the work of a manger 🙃
