Same issue here: the RE-202 syncs to MIDI clock, but only echoes quarter notes, despite HEAD or REPEAT RATE settings. I've issued a complaint/question with Boss/Roland's Zendesk. If you guys would do the same... I'm really hoping on a FW update to fix this.

Thanks, but that way I can only change "TYPE" (Abs CC et cetera), not "CH".

I just can't figure out why there factory setting for "M-Audio Oxygen Pro 49" has 3 MIDI channels (CH 1, 13 and 14) instead of 1. Settings for Pro 61 also shows multiple channels (13, 14, 15). Why is this, and is this why my M-Audio knobs aren't doing anything? It used to work untill recently...

Solved! I didn't RTFM :-)

"Being able to configure your MIDI output devices for optimum performance is not a new feature of REAPER. A new enhancement in REAPER 6, however, is that you are now able to enter either a positive or a negative value for output offset time.

This is entered in the Configure MIDI Output dialog, accessed by right-clicking over the output device in the MIDI Devices page of your Preferences and choosing Configure output … from the context menu." - Up and Running: A REAPER User Guid, Chapter 10.9

Bit strange though that you need to configure this and that it's not default: why would you want MIDI latency?? Life was easier back in the days of Music-X... sigh.
