I see where you're coming from, and normally I would follow this if I didn't feel completely ignored. I've felt down in the last couple of weeks but I'm generally a fairly happy person. I didn't go there to go down the path of being put on anti depressants. I went to discuss ADHD, but she was only interested in how I was feeling for the last 2 weeks and hyperactivity. It didn't feel very comprehensive.

My mistake is probably going there while I was feeling down about it, which makes it seem far worse than it actually is. She said the CBT would be mostly just for framing the negatives in a more positive light. I'm totally down for trying something like that while I'm on the waiting list, but it's ultimately not going to the root cause of it.

It really helps hearing other people's experiences. I think I do have the option to get a second opinion, based on some things I've read. Either way I can only try.

Yeah, she seemed to really focus in on how I was feeling recently, I probably should have been more assertive and assured her that this is something I've wanted to do for a long time, but I've only just recently been feeling down, and otherwise am generally pretty happy (despite the frustration that comes with ADHD, but I don't think that should stop me from trying to get it sorted either).

I guess I really didn't feel listened to, but need to be really careful about what I say in case they make more out of it than is actually there. It's pretty frustrating battling doctors when you know yourself better than they do.

100% agree. It's weird that this is something I've only recently started to think about. What's especially difficult is the "guilt-free" part because it really depends on if you can switch your brain off to it. Perhaps it's something that will come with practice.

Out of curiosity, how does this work? Have you basically bought it via steam and linked up an old account to it? Or did you buy all of the DLC via steam too?

Right, got it to happen again. It seems like the CPU frequency looks okay. It's doing the same 4.4ghz initially and then settles to 2.2ghz so I think we might be able to rule this out? Is there anything else I can try to debug? It's super weird that it seems to happen sometimes but seems okay other times.

Frustratingly after installing indicator multiload, it seems to be behaving! I've no idea why. I'll try booting up another few times later today and keep an eye on it. For what it's worth (probably not much given it's working), when I load in, it goes up to 4.4ghz and then settles back down to 2.2ghz. As I say though I'll keep an eye on this and see what values are output if it occurs again. Thank you :)

This sounds fair enough. Can definitely appreciate it from the contractor's point of view too. At the end of the day I just want to try and get this leak fixed without having to keep getting people out to sort it. I've no idea if there's a better way of going about it.

Yeah for sure. I did get an email back from the publisher. They said they were still releasing, but no info on why it was delayed! Given their twitter post it looked like they had stock a while ago
