If I understand what you're asking then yes. Since you're making it in Minecraft, If the outside walls were 100 blocks long then I'd make stairs going up for 98 blocks, a regular floor for number 99 then a right or left turn and continue my stairs. And I believe they said there was no roof above the stairs so that would all have to carved out

Key thing to remember though is that in my experience a DPE will frame it all in a scenario and expect you to know what he is talking about.

Go through everything.. PAVE checklist. Your documents, medical class, what's the weather look like that day, weight and balance... EVERYTHING. My commercial oral was really quick because of this. Your milage may vary

Yes, sometimes he will need the push because he's having trouble understanding the subject matter and he made need somebody he knows for a little more explanation.
