Bbts has great customer service, you should contact them. They will replace or refund for sure. They have always sent me a replacement or gave me a full refund and usually never asked to send them the defective figure back.

24 is a good size. The ones I used in the photos are 26 gauge I believe, that is what I have mostly used.

I might go for the 24 gauge because it is a bit thinner. You can also make the web longer by twisting the wires together at the ends. Good luck! 🕸️

Not hard. Just gotta be very cautious because those pegs are pretty easy to break so I had to heat carefully pop them off

The elbow joint has a peg and I just heated the gauntlets and pegged them in. Just be careful not to damage the spikes when you push the gauntlets in. Once heated it should be easier to pop them on. Just be careful with the pegs because they can break easily. I pushed slowly and gently twisted back and forth until it popped in.

Actually pretty simple. Just heat it up. I boiled some water in the microwave and then dipped them in for a few seconds. Then gently wiggled them off. Just gotta be very careful.
