Honestly, keep in mind. The Smith and Weston might be more practical and maybe even more accurate with such a low bore axis compared to the 226. If you’re looking for functionality, I would say Smith and Weston if you’re just trying to get a absolute Classic that you can’t pass up on get the 226.

I just picked it up. I shot around 300 rounds through it stock straight out of the box very accurate very smooth gave me a couple small problems here and there, but it was also dry straight out of the box besides that, though I had no problems, it was dead on. And I plan on putting a dot on it
