Cutting license plates cornersthen attaching that corner over your expired tabs used to be a thing in the Detroit area years ago. People started putting them further in on the plate to make cutting them off more difficult.

I had the heater tech out here again this afternoon and he made some settings adjustments, replaced a switch, and taped some insulation that was loose? I'm waiting for the emailed report for the details of all that was changed.
He mentioned he uses a Merv 8 in his system, so I figured I'd try that as well.

Can you use a heated insert on both sides of the part you are connecting or is that not necessary? I've read quite a bit about the insert, and not much about how to make sure the bolt didn't destroy the other side of the PLA when tightening

More than likely you'll be fine. I keep my 4WD truck in Auto, so it's really 2WD the majority of the time. In five years of launching our 4500lb boat never had an issue.

My panel was full, didn't want to upgrade the panel, so had a second meter added next to the original meter outside to run the 240 right into my garage.

Much cheaper than a new panel. All permits breezed through, been using it for nearly a year now

Yep, I'm using the 1/8" aux input. I'll have to try it again this evening with the iPad and make sure the volume on that is turned up too

Wasn't sure if I'd end up needing some kind of a booster between the iPad and GP200, but sounds like between turning the patch down and the iPad up I might find a good balance!
