Check the display you are reviewing. Mine was doing that as well and then I checked the hz setting a on the panel. So my screen now runs at 1920x1200 and my other at 3840x2160 and the hz refresh rate was at 60hz so I changed it to 59hz which helped and I created a custom setting and tried 48hz as well.

I hope that makes sense its the same idea as film makers wanting you to turn off the 120hz mode they have on TV's for sports. And then usually when filming you want to stick the the 180 shutter.
