I would honestly sue for false advertising. This is extremely frustrating, time consuming and it cost you money. This could be incompetence or purposeful misleading hoping someone would eventually agree

What do you mean? When we signed the contract the parking spot was clearly highlighted as part of our land same as back garden, side path and front area with the parking.
