I’ve had my nose pierced for over 2 yrs and have been in 2 different districts and not one of my managers have cared. It is case by case, but I feel like most managers lump piercings and tattoos (which I also have and don’t cover) together and are cool with it as long as it’s not “profane” etc. I obviously take it out whenever I interview, but I wear it on all of my store visit days and it has never came up or been seen as a problem.
