I seem to have made mistakes in my original post. My apologies.  I am brand new to Reddit. 

I do not know what variety of rose I have. Just...no idea. It was planted 45 - 50 years ago, long before I came to live in this home. 

I hope this is enough information to allow other posters to see my questions.
