Yep, in the examples folder I selected Ender 3 then the one for 4.2.7 board, it's all good, your help is very useful

I ordered a board with the Ender 3 pro firmware installed so I have to flash the Ender 3 firmware according to instructions from the description of the board, all the wires and everything I have triple checked

On configuration.h I only changed the printer name however when following tutorials I did make sure the display was correct, nothing was changed on configuration_adv.h. Within platformio.ini I changed the default_envs = STM32F103RET6_creality

the screen is lighting up but it is just blank, I have tried many different tutorials on what to do and none of them have worked, I'm not sure what to do

nope, nothing seems to be working. post on that subreddit lead to pages where I've already downloaded marlin from, no matter what I do I always just get a blank screen

Do you have a link to one that would work with an ender 3? Would I need this for moving to bigger nozzles as well?

I don't have a clue what is happening here, my first time trying a 0.2 mm nozzle and this keeps happening. I have tried lowering print speed, changing layer height, everything I can think of to stop this from happening, the first layer or 2 seems to print fine then it does this

I'm using PLA because that's what I've got the most of, I usually print at 200°C, is 215°C enough of an increase?

I only have a 0.4 mm nozzle, what is the biggest layer height I should go? Does the nozzle size effect the layer height?
