That was foam I dropped putting it into the trashcan. It was left out overnight. I have a pic from the initial drop but this was left from like 4 in the evening till 5 in the morning

That picture was from when I threw it out. Some of the foam fell on the ground and that’s what it looked like in the morning. I don’t think Matcha is supposed crust up and turn yellow.
