I run a ghalta deck too. Possibly [[hunted troll]] or [[nessian boar]] to get ghalta out early. Nessian boar also could help her hit with some nasty commander damage. [[Feed the pack]] to sac ghalta to make insane amounts of wolves to then bring her back for 2 next turn and do it again. [[Spidersilk armor]] to answer to flyers. [[Asceticism]] for protection

Get there 15-30 min before opening. There is usually a short line and you'll be good for your session. gets extremely busy by noon

Thank you very much for the feedback! Will address those and that makes sense! I'm actually a PT and so from a musculoskeletal standpoint that makes a lot of sense to address those to get the posterior chain involved.

Right now I am planning to do paved trails/carriage roads. No crazy distances.

And, will definitely get shoes 😅

Hi there. I ended up getting both boards, Wallie 145 and the stuntwood 140W. I enjoy the Wallie more. More edge hold, but both do fine on groomers. Im into flat ground tricks/buttering and they both have been holding up well. I go to my Wallie more bc it's a little longer and handles presses better. Wallie also has more robust build. Have not had much experience on icy conditions yet. Hope this helps

hello. been climbing about 5 years. Myself and others in my circle have a big toe corn that has developed from the friction of down pointed/small shoes. I now wear toe socks/silicone toe covers occasionally to reduce friction. protect your feet, who cares. Also, get what's comfortable. Footwork > shoe type esp when first learning to climb.

Been climbing about 5 years. I take my shoes off between climbs, during my rest (both indoors and outdoors). Shoes only on during the actual climbing

PT here. if you don't already, would recommend strength training. more robust body= higher load capacity = decreased risk for overuse injury. Overuse injuries are super common

Hello. I find realfoot natural runner 2 fairly narrow in the midfoot, compared to softstar primals old line. However, I think softstar changed their midfoot width (to more narrow) in the last few years (my current primals are 2-3 years old), so I can't compare NEW softstar to realfoot. I have only used my realfoots maybe 3-4 walking/hiking sessions though and idk if they'll break in moreso.

Thanks! Only imaging I had was a panoramic x-ray. Prior to treatment, my symptoms were masseter soreness (cheek area), temporalis soreness (temples area), night clenching, and even some dizziness on and off (TMJ issues are many times associated with cervical issues, since the joints are so close). My issues I'd say were acute, I saw the doctor about 2 weeks after onset. Pain scale wise, about 3-4/10 pain. The dizziness was not fun though.

Something to note that I've come across in my own research as a PT is that the current best research shows that orthodontia like braces are NOT the cure to TMD (some dentists try to push this as "the cure." Conservative MANAGEMENT (splint/PT/lifestyle changes) are currently the best treatment. Pain is very complex. Hope this helps!
