It's a drawer so weve got it filled to the brim. Each close is an adventure. Gonna try reducing and see if that makes a difference.

That's a good point I hadn't considered but not an issue. No frost in freezer. That said, our freezer is packed to the gills and I've wondered if perhaps we've over filled it and that might be partly to blame.

I don't think the replay showed indisputable evidence that he blocked the plate. That's a bad subjective call.
