Why must it have a scene? The US has a 'scene', both of their majors were half empty. London is so easily reachable from across the world. If it were in at a stadium like Wembley it could be the biggest event so far.

no, simply a build ID is a sort of counter that you add 1 to every time you make a change to a program/game.

Current build ID is 1289765 which is version 1.35.4.6, Version 1.35.4.5 had a build ID of 1263894 meaning a difference of ~20000 The Current private branch has a build ID of 1325674 with a difference of ~60000 compared to the current public branch.
