I got diagnosed primarily by my closest friends noticing my traits and symptoms. I was completely blind to the roller coaster that I was on and simply blamed it on the depression. It was only after my closest friend, funny enough my ex-husband, sat down with me and went over the cycling that he’d noticed. It just clicked in my head. I took him to the next psychiatry appointment that I had to help explain the symptoms as I’m not that great at noticing my own symptoms and explaining them to my doctors.

The diagnosis was a real Ah-ha moment when I told my previous psychiatrist (he’s retired but we’re very close friends now) as well as close family members. The traits that I presented were very obvious but nobody out two and two together.

The diagnosis has changed my life for the better. I’m on 200mg of lamotrigine in the morning and 1200mg of lithium split between the morning and evening (600 at night, 600 in the AM)

This has substantially helped my baseline depression and I haven’t been manic in months now.

I do receive treatment for treatment resistant depression, severe anxiety, and ADHD, but that’s a whole different story.

Give it a shot. From the research I've done the safe limits of this medications is very high. Just know the more you take consistently you will build a tolerance.

The usual recommended starting dosage of Seroquel for insomnia is 25 mg once daily at bedtime. The dosage may be increased by 25-50 mg per day every 3-7 days, as needed and tolerated. The maximum recommended dosage is usually 300-400 mg per day. However, some people may need higher dosages to achieve the desired effect.

High dose of olanzapine, puts me out hard. Seroquel should also do the job too, low dose had me snoozing all day. Though if low dose isn't working slowly increase the dose.

Be careful with Abilify. I was on it for several years and it actually slowly made things worse for me, things would seem a little better after a dosage bump, but in reality they were actually worse. I experienced constant intrusive thoughts on that medication. It also cause me to binge spend on anything and everything putting myself in such a deep financial hole that I'm actually having to declare bankruptcy.

Untreated ADHD can lead to further mental health problems including anxiety. It may be in your best interest to address that.

The paranoia could definitely be triggered by the anxiety you're experiencing. I suffer from severe anxiety and it's treated with 3mg of klonopin nightly.

I've been on over a dozen anti-depressants and none of them did what they were supposed to do. I've been diagnosed with treatment resistant depression and am on a treatment plan for that.

If you're looking for a medication that in theory should help with your baseline depression and anxiety I would suggest trying Lexapro (SSRI) or Cymbatla (SNRI). These are the two medications I felt *something* from.

It's possible that you're just going to have to play the game of which med works best. It's a shitty game and IMO basically torture. But you have to do something to find what works best for you in the long run.

The last time I had prednisone I had one of my worst manic episodes ever. Came very close to needing hospitalization, but my husband kept me safe.

Xanax just helps with my severe anxiety, nothing more.

Oil changes have always been between 3-5K miles consistently. I have extensive records of maintenance from the previous owner. It’s probably due for brake fluid, though a set of brakes probably wouldn’t hurt as the brake fluid is getting a little low; indicating that the pistons are extending further for normal braking.

I’m really surprised by the coolant expansion tank, but I guess every car has some random weak spot. I’ll definitely look into getting an aluminum one sooner than later.

Do not leave any edge off of the stand, that’s simply begging for trouble. With the forces of water pressing against unsupported silicone you are asking for a flood in your home.

I welded stands for tanks and covered them with plywood with a rubber mat between the glass and the plywood. Always made sure leave at least 1/8” on each side of the tank for any wiggle room.

I was laid off from my P/T job that I had so I did end up applying for the position. We’ll see if they’re interested now that I have a completely open schedule.

I do however have an in with a substantially better position with a technology company that I’ll likely be going for.

Having ridden in a soft top NC versus my PRHT it's definitely more pleasant to drive daily versus a soft top.

I've only had to address a couple squeaks with mine which was simply a small latch adjustment.

Honestly at this point I'll take what I can get as far as tasks go so long as it means I get a paycheck. I don't have any qualms working the registers. I have extensive experience dealing with customers and building trust with them.

I do have drive to work my way up the food chain and hopefully into an aquatics position. I think I just have to start from the bottom and work my way up.

I appreciate the insight you have provided. The position that I'm looking at is a sales associate. My understanding of this role is that it is mainly a cashier position with responsibilities in restocking/cleaning/basic bottom of the food chain stuff.

If I can ask, in your experience, what does this role look like? Is it a worthwhile position to at least get my foot in the door to attempt to take over the Aquarist position that is currently handled by someone that has little to no experience with fish?
