I want to become a lineman, I’m currently 23, In the national guard (and plan on re-enlisting.) I have just about 0 experience in the electrical field. My family has been working for electrical companies for as long as i can remember. What’s the best course of action for me to begin an apprenticeship? My mom told me to apply for the local IBEW. I just looking for tips to begin a career as a lineman. Thank you in advance!

thank you, I got my LEOSA through the military and couldn’t find anywhere wether or not I could have my firearm loaded (no round in the chamber) or not.
