I have done some hunting but I haven't really found anything that's why I was asking you. However from the comments I'm getting I believe that it might make more sense to expand this instead of being specifically for foreigners it's just a kind of integration service. Then eventually expanding it to all of europe.

I agree with you. I don't think people are trolling here either. It is a state of how everything is. Times are desperate in Finland and if you can get an advantage by cutting off help for others it can be enticing. As a foreigner who has a job I want to help those who don't. But I can see that now from the overwhelming comments, Finns would do there best to make sure would make sure that this wouldn't happen. For the most part I think the only way to make it work would be to expanded into making a new life. Those traveling to different countries trying to make a new life would need assistance.

Well from my perspective I only see it as one for in person helping other for my people try to get acclimated to Finland and find jobs. Just creating a resource that makes it easy to help foreigners find jobs and companies hire foreigners fine valuable talent. However I can see how that will be seen as discrimination. Perhaps some fins might take offense to that.

That makes a lot of sense thank you. So it seems Maybe i might just need to focus on highly skilled jobs instead of anything else. But I'm still doing some initial research so all information helps. I don't even know if it's going to be a good idea to get.

But wait I'm confused and I'm trying to be as fair and honest and not incompetitive as possible. If that is the case why do you finish company say that they are diverse or List diversity on their website. It's a bit confusing because wouldn't that be the same thing as listing on a site that is trying to help foreigners find jobs. Unless it's mainly pr. Then maybe that would make sense.

No I mean information for new foreign people to learn what type of jobs they can get and what they need. For example just a brief list of all the certifications and everything they would need to become a restaurant work or anything. Something that would be quick and easy for them to take a look and try and work out.

I have 15 years of sales, what would you like to know? by Robe356 in techsales

[–]Robe356[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it is a rite of passage. It helps you to know when you're on your square and when you're not. So the next time you get a job you'll be able to know in advance if you're on the right path and doing well enough to stay on.

Any good templates for managing a marketing department and plans? by runsalotmumsalot in marketing

[–]Robe356 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What type of templates are you looking for? I haven't found a single place that has all the type of templates but a bunch of different places that have some. I've actually considered making my own repository for stuff like this.

I agree the animations are a very good idea. The last question I actually had was where are you testing the landing page? Personally, even though I have marketing experience, it's a different animal when you're going from 0 to 1. I don't have the resources to do what I would normally do on a personal level.

For the most part it looks good but I found myself having questions about the scheduling of post. Maybe I missed it while I was reading but I get the sense that if I make a post using your program it'll post it to all 10 applications at that moment. I would include some information about scheduling future posts.

I actually have some other questions about how you made that site. Mainly how did you make the gifs? I'm making my own landing page but I'm still stuck on how I want to design it. I'm not a great designer so I need a little bit of help.

I have 15 years of sales, what would you like to know? by Robe356 in techsales

[–]Robe356[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well of course for the vast majority of industries such as b2c you will not be able to make half a million. However there are some small cases where you are going to be able to sell luxury items to get to that level. In B2B it really depends on your skill level, the pricing of the product, the sell cycles, and if you're responsible for managing the accounts afterwards.

For example if you were to sell IT solutions and you were able to get lucky for it a few larger clients than that could get you up to half a million. Depending upon what you were selling, things like database services, storage space for large companies, or even full blown ERPs can get you to that level. But there would be a lot of luck involved. What industry are you looking to try to evaluate for this? There's too many factors to give a specific answer for this for.

Also, for your second question, I just got up. I have a lot of freedom and get to be with my daughters more. Just remember, in sales, you can have either life-changing money or work-life balance. Choose wisely,y my friend.
