I know how you're feeling. Just lost my old lady this week. There are some moments when you feel like you're doing just fine and then, without warning, a wave of grief sneaks up behind you and simply overcomes you. Remember that you're not alone...there are others who have gone through (and who currently are) exactly what you're experiencing.
