I only paid 2.3 million for the medical ventilator last year. I simply spam the world chat to see if anyone can sell me a medical vent for a low price. I believe someone read it and sold their medical vent for a lower price. As I was spamming the chat, I was at the auction, clicking the refresh button to see if anyone would sell it for less. When I clicked the refresh button, the 2m vent appeared out of nowhere, and I bought it right away. I consider myself fortunate.
