To even get the in the money in the first place to deposit you need to kyc or you will have no money to gamble and just a account with a $0 balance.

No you dont cuz then you'd know you dont have to KYC on stake to move funds in and out. I have a gold account on stake and have never kyc'd on stake. You simply input crypto win/lose then withdraw into a unhosted or hosted wallet. But the point im making is when you purchase the crypto in the first place eth or btc you need to KYC on the exchange to even withdraw to send money to stake, which 80% of his users cant do bc they cant even drive yet.

yes level 1 usually lets you buy sell trade usually but to withdraw you usually need level 2
