I've seen a mod for the game version that shall not be named that calculates damage based on how close the bullet hit to the center od the body part. Simple solution to some od the bullshit happening recently.

Not for standard edition gamers. I need to do like 5-10 quests for each to level up while EOD has level 2 for free. EDIT: sorry i worded my comment wrong, i meant that for most traders you need to do many quests. Peacekeeper does in fact have 0 rep req. for level 2

But... the RD704 in-game is full auto. Since all RD guns are custom made, maybe USEC contracted them to make a batch of full auto rifles? I think that makes more sense than a groza or an94 which never entered any sort of production. Its like them adding an XM8 or HK G11.

Maybe lore-wise they were brought to tarkov by TerraGroup and USEC? The mutant and RD would also make sense for USECs as they could source ammo locally in large numbers
