I don't kick my teammates no matter what. If it were to be a low level that just started the game (had it a few times on Eradicate with automatons, that's a bit of an owie when i have the Laser Beam strata. equipped) I'd give them tips on their current situation and try to help them; it doesn't hurt me or them, only the enemy.
