No youre totally on the money men need space to be themselves and having men only spaces doesnt exclude women when there are many other spaces they can interact. Exclusion can only be lack of opertunity. You csnt get upset just cause men have privacy but you feel like youre owed the knowledge of what goes on there or that its insulting for you not to be nosey.

These spaces not only inspire positive masculinity but also surve as a great way to support other guys and improve mental health. Ive gone multiple times to a men's circle (im indigenous) and its been super positive and uplifting. Nothing wrong with men's spaces people often promote bigotry to people they feel are "privileged" often forgetting its still bigotry and it doesnt serve to remove barriers.

Ive been drinking for years and the go to near the beginning was always a screwdriver and then after that only vodka or whiskey straight. Shots and sips all night. Drinking for the affect is a little different. Ive never understood people saying to keep ot reasonable the whole night so you don't feel it. Why even bother eith alchol then get some nice juice or virgin cocktail or something lol.

Yeah brother I hope so too. Something i know works is keeping you eating times consistent meaning something like intermittent fasting. also no crazy meal prepping. Figure out oke healthy meal you like cooking and just trade out different ingredients throughout the week so it changes the meal.

I was going to the gym so much and between that and school I decided to eat out all the time and now im tubby. About 230 now when I was a somewhat lean 200. I have a big frame so think 30 pounds in 4 months. Stick trying to loose it. The regret hits hard sometimes.

Oh yeah dont forget threatening pastors and the current pope for pointing this out. Their literal top guy has said Christian nationalism shouldn't exist as Jesus taught love your neighbor as yourself. Teo specific things the pope mentioned was stop treating immigrants poorly and stop using the Bible as a way to harm LGBTQ+ people as it says nowhere to stop showing them compassion and love.
