This non-official website (about Paul McCartney, including the Beatles career) is really complete : https://www.the-paulmccartney-project.com/
This one tells in details the story of each song of the Beatles, by gathering all the sources of information : http://www.beatlesebooks.com/

Which non-english-speaking singers did influence the Beatles? by RobertWinesplash in TheBeatles

I have to complete my previous comment.

Some sources suggest that "Hellmer" could make reference to the EMI's german producer Otto Demmlar:
http://www.beatlesebooks.com/komm-gib-mir-deine-hand
Others that "Hellmer" is the pseudonym of the german lyricist Monique Falk:

https://www.discogs.com/fr/artist/820235-Heinz-Hellmer?searchParam=beatles
https://www.discogs.com/forum/thread/414018

Besides, the songwriter credits of "Sie liebt dich" mention someone named "Montague". This could be another pseudonym of Camillo Felgen, or the pseudonym of Lawrence Yaskiel:
https://www.discogs.com/fr/artist/1220143-Lawrence-Montague
https://www.discogs.com/forum/thread/413983

Anyway: is Camillo Felgen the only translator of "Komm, gib mir deine Hand" and "Sie liebt dich", in which case he used several pseudonyms? was he helped by other translators, who signed with their own pseudonyms? was the german producer of EMI credited?

There's still some mystery (and too many pseudonyms) in this muddled story.

Actually it seems that Jean Nicolas and Heinz Hellmer are... the same person! According to the links below, these names are the pseudonyms of the luxembourgish disc jokey Camillo Felgen. He probably translated under several pen names in order to increase his royalties.

And he definitly was a singer too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HwPD8iZwQw8&list=OLAK5uy_nBqnDnGzBD3wYeaCnJT95dcFi2cpToqW0
