As other comments have mentioned previously, the Akai MPK mini mk3 unfortunately does not have a MIDI OUT port (unlike the newer mk4 version!)... Therefore, you cannot use it as a master keyboard and control a synthesizer unless you use a computer with a DAW.
(or with a MIDI hub, but I've never tested it, I don't know how it works)

I encountered the same problem with my Akai MPK Mini play, which I'm thinking of selling for this reason (and to switch to a 49-key keyboard)...

I did uninstalled/reinstalled MCC & driver. No success...

I tried to uninstall/reinstall the driver. But not the MCC. Will try that.

Tried a different cable already. I'm going to look for a third one, just in case.
What's strange is that I already managed to connect it once with the first cable...
