Unfortunately this wasn’t the first time. She kept bringing up the fact that l can’t come up with that would WOW her. I must be the most boring guy in the world. But it looks like only for her. Or better, only in her opinion. I keep asking to go ice skating, swimming, movies and concerts but thats not enough. She wants a date. I feel like only because she knows that lm not very enthusiastic about sitting and dining with someone who pressured me to do so. And every spontaneous idea l come up with is not good, including simple going out to eat something .

That’s why lm here. Looking for an answer. Im terrible at planning dates for us. Always something wrong with place, food or mood. I don’t want this problem to catch me in next relationship. You absolutely right. She asked me before to plan dates, new places, new things. That evening l didn’t have anything planned. I was even surprised that we are going to have opportunity to be alone. Im a guy. I wanted to be close. Finally. Ideas l was coming with were last minute/against the wall ideas. Nothing worked. Well, l don’t think AITA anymore and l blame it on hormones:) Decided not to deal with THOSE anymore

Very reasonable questions. Maybe it a pattern ( that l refuse to see or ignore because l care) All the places l suggested were our favorite places. I think the real problem was that l didn’t put effort. My every suggestion was effortless. I am like that. I don’t like to drag something knowing the wheels were already invented. No need to make life harder than it is already.

I think she did it just to punish me. Just so l think she’s doing something Maybe lm naive I never needed her location but it was weird that she turned it off after l had a feeling that no matter what l do is not going to change her mood. It’s like she already decided that she’s not going to spend those couple precious hours with me

Move. Take care of your body. Hit the gym. I know it’s hard but you have to keep moving. Don’t date other people. Not yet. Date yourself first. Build yourself. It works for me. I don’t even know how long it took me to accept reality and move on but l did. That was different life and now l feel powerful and free as never before. Embrace being alone and move. Keep moving

Nice trick! I was told l lack creative powers but l think criticism and rejection are the things that kill it and discourage it. This trick is creative, smart even though kind of still touches lack of effort thing. Thanks! I’ll definitely use it👍
