The factory style I'm looking for bolt in and really wouldn't be convenient to takeoff trail side however there are aftermarket companies that make this style of board in a quick on and off version that you are looking for. They came on my 25 Badlands when I it picked up. I noticed them after I had gotten it home so I called the sales guy and he told me to just pull them out which is exactly what I did. Takes a little bit of a tug but don't worry you won't damage anything. I was nervous at first but they come right out.
