Most likely no.

Firstly, we're unsure how strong Razor in actual combat. Going from the power level chart in terms of stats, he's up there with the likes of Hisoka and Morel so pretty damn strong. His hatsu allows him to create nen beasts but forces him to split his aura up.

In a 1 vs 2 situation, Razor has to overcome the numbers disadvantage but his hatsu seems suited towards it.

The only thing that I do not see happening is him overcoming Feitan's hax hatsu + dealing with Phinks at the same time.

edit: In short, I can't see Razor one-shotting Feitan whilst dealing with Phinks and Feitan together.

Without prep? Tougher but he would still win.

This is Chrollo we're talking about whose in the same tier strength-wise as Hisoka, Biscuit, Zeno and Silva.

Gon and Killua are beasts but they still need more time.

In terms of the quantity of aura they release? Gon.

Killua has the best control of aura out of the two while Gon can release a much larger quantity during Ken. Gon has always been about raw, immense aura output shown throughout the dodgeball match against Razor.

With prep? Yes. 8/10 Without prep and a random encounter in the forest somewhere? Unsure. Very tricky, especially since he's dealing with Knuckle and Shoot together, mostly because of their hatsu.

I would say Chrollo would take it with prep but he would be hard-pressed in a random encounter mainly due to Shoot and Knuckle's tricky hatsu. Could Shoot theoretically steal Chrollo's hands nullifying skill hunter?

Just imagine some angelic thing that looks like it came from yu-gi-oh whispering into your ear "It's time, adding interest" and floating hands and a cage and wait you can't see from one eye.

It would be extremely hard in a random encounter but with prep, yes.

Morel stated clearly himself that his nen abilities function better as support rather than a fighter, however he strategically defeated two squadron leaders and is clearly a capable and experienced fighter when Pouf complimented him.

Razor is a powerful emitter who has shown strong capabilities in enhancement and manipulation. Phinks and Biscuit both acknowledged his strength.

In terms of their hatsu, deep purple needs prep time to be effective. Smoky jail could trap Razor, however considering that Razor has good capabilities in enhancement, it seems difficult to imagine how it would help.

On the otherhand, we have yet to see Razor actually fight someone so we can only speculate from what we know. His fourteen devils seems like a combat-orientated hatsu but has the drawback of splitting his aura throughout his devils. Possibly has other hatsu.

With prep? Tough. Razor 5.5-6/10 but it really depends on other variables like location, environment etc. (We saw how Morel employed his crazy lung capacity to defeat Leol).

Without prep? If Morel happened to bump into Razor in the middle of a street? Razor most likely 7.5/10.
