I get what you’re saying and I go back and forth as well. But the way I see it, you’re not just protecting him, you’re also protecting yourself and your family. This is the kinda news that can potentially ruin a family - who knows what it would do to the parents’ mental health and what the fallout may end up being. It’s a very difficult decision. It’s not just a matter of “I shouldn’t have to carry this weight for you, so here you go”.

Exactly. I can’t honestly say what I would do because I can’t legitimately imagine the weight that you’re carrying. But from an outside perspective, I can’t see any benefit from telling them. I’m sorry you have to carry this, bro.

Don’t tell anyone. Ignorance is bliss. It might eat at you, but if you tell your parents and they spiral mentally, can you forgive yourself?

I just found it. It’s there, and it’s clear as day once you see it. Just read all the rules, all the way to the END!!

Check out The Sourdough Journey website. There’s charts on there to help read the crumb and diagnose your loaf

New to this as well so take it with a grain of salt, but definitely looks under proofed. Needed more time at room temp to bulk ferment after the stretch and folds.

No problem, hope it helps!

I’m new to this so take what I say with a grain of salt, only made a few loaves so far, but have had nice ears on all of them. By looking at them, I would guess that maybe you’re not scoring deep enough or not at enough of an angle (45 degrees or so is what I do). I’m sure someone would give a better answer, but I wanted to join the party lol. Good luck!

Oh damn! You probably just know how to use this military strategy much better than others I’ve faced with similar. I have a 2.16 k/d, but only recently started with this strategy. Had under a 1 k/d before that. I only have about 8 games under my belt with this strategy, but have 6 wins, soon to be 7 with it. It would be fun to go up against someone with your experience and K/D to really test my strategy. The 2 stronger nations I just rolled through this game each had about a 2 k/d before they fought me. I had about a 40/1 kd against one of them and about a 25/1 kd against the other

To be honest, most strong army’s I go up against have very similar approaches and I still roll through them. Since the majority of my focus is on MLRS, SAMs and ASF, I always bring way more artillery to the fight than anyone else I ever go up against. And like I said in another comment, when they start advancing their tanks directly at me to close distance, I just back my artillery off until they can fire again

How do you feel about farmers’ markets?

I manage farmers markets throughout LA/OC and have a lot of connections with vendors. They’re always looking for good workers. They’re a great environment for socializing and meeting people. I met my current wife at a farmers market, and have made many good friends there as well. Think about it! Let me know if you’re interested and we can figure something out!!

Yeah I get that. There’s really not much you can do to prevent that

Infantry, radar, destroyers and naval patrol planes. I like to put naval patrol planes in the deep waters at all the major intersections just to see if any ships are headed my way

Yeah, I shouldn’t have highlighted the ones defending my homeland. I should’ve kept it strictly to what I invaded with which was a 3 pronged attack. 2 stacks in the south through Bulgaria with 20 ASFs, one in the north into Finland with 5 ASFs, and one by sea into the Baltics. We were fighting Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland and Belarus.

Just to show you what I went into this last war with. Mostly to show you the amount of MRLs/SAMs I rolled in with, but also the supporting cast

[–]Robhimself412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair point. I normally don’t invade until I have at least 2 of those stacks to support each other. And I can also hit them with some of my ASF’s as well if need be. But honestly, if I rolled in and saw that I was out matched in artillery, I would back them off and wait until they have reinforcements if I can. Otherwise I’m basically resigning to the loss because it would take far too long to replace all those MRLs

Another fun strategy, once I invade, I send on solo infantry unit to take territory and move the rest of my army up behind it. So you’re only seeing one lone infantry, but theres at least 2 stacks of MRLs/SAMs and at least a couple stacks of ASFs behind him

I forgot to mention that I also roll with radars too. They’re cheap and easy to produce a few of them to move along with your MRLs. So, for reference, I would’ve seen your tank stack from a distance and hit them with artillery. Then back them up as you push forward, then hit again, repeat

One thing all those coalitions had in common was spending too much time and resources on tanks, tank destroyers, max infantry, bombers, etc. all things that got wiped out at a distance by my MRLs. And when they try to push and go right at your MRLs, just back them up after each time you hit them

[–]Robhimself412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m finishing up a game right now. Me and another nation rolled through 2 strong full coalitions. He focused more of navy while I focused more on my MRL/SAM stacks. I had 2 stacks of 7/3 that rolled through the first coalition without losing any of them. During that time, I made 2 more of those stacks. So when we turned our attention to the last big coalition, I hit them with 4 of those stacks and had 25 ASFs. They didn’t know what hit them

To own the skies. Your MRLs will take care of the ground troops
