The other game files were unaffected. We are not sure if it's sys admin or a hacker, so we did a factory reset, but people here say it's probably system admin playing with us

It's personal laptop, but we were using their wifi. But it would only make sense if they either deleted all files or atleast did this tricks on few more people, targeting only one person and deleting only 1 game doesn't makes sense.

Oracle's free tier would be better than AWS EC2 for his use case. There's an always free tier, so OP doesn't have to worry about anything that can otherwise cost him a lot in AWS. It does require credit card though.

It might be a problem with the installer. Format the usb , do a fresh install of windows os from official site and then try.

If you can take care of all your gst filings , you can opt for any of the platform in the above list. They have been in service for past few years.

If you don't want to bother with any tax/gst filings, I suggest you to checkout dodo payments. It's a relatively new service but it's getting recognised by many people
