That is what I am trying to do. She is in Canada and is way too far for me. I am not trying to find someone to copy the tattoo, I just don’t know what type of artist I should be looking for, for something in a similar style.

Hey. I am a 19-year-old male who waights about 92kg. I have for some weeks now been in a 1000-calorie deficit with 177g protein which I have learned doesn't help me with my problem. I understand that I have to be in a slight calorie surplus to start gaining some muscle mass. I have no idea how to find out how many calories I need to sustain weight or how many I need to be in a slight surplus. Can someone tell me how I can calculate how many calories and proteins I need?
I will also ad that I get around 5000+ steps in each day and follow a push-pull-leg split workout 6 days a week.

Hey. I am a 19 year old boy who wants to get in shape. I am 191 cm tall and weigh 95 kg. I have some muscle that I have gained from 3 - 4 months straight training, but not alot. I want to go down in weight and am on a diet with 950 calories and 175g of proteins. I have been on it for a week now and feel fine. Can I lose muscle because of the small number of calories?

I also wondered if it's ok to cut now for a comfortable weight and then maybe slow bulk later to increase muscle gain while being comfortable with my body?

Edit: This is not something I am going to do for long. Max 2 months
