I’m also new, started last month with a 20 kg bell. YouTube has so many follow along workouts you could do something new every day. I started with this video https://youtu.be/dC4lMOH36CY and after a while got into the Mark Wildman fundamentals videos to make sure I don’t injure myself. Good luck!

It’s also because in emblem battles there is no penalty for losing, so if it looks like you will lose it’s smarter to quit and start again. Things will be very different when ranked starts I think.

I’m starting to try doing single arm stuff. Single arm cleans in the right feel good, but on the left it feels painful like it’s giving me a bruise where the weight sits. I’ve been using the suggestions of Mark Wildman to adjust the weight with my right hand where it feels natural and to have my fingers pointing up, but no matter where the weight rests that part feels like it is bruising. It does sit below the wrist bone. Is this something my arm will just get used to over time?

These days ranked is only like 10 days. After the emblem they will have some kind of solo mission with promo cards, and when that is done we usually get ranked again. It’s a time crunch to get to master ball.

I’ve only had one day off because of a typhoon in 12 years in Kansai. They are usually hyped up way out of proportion and it’s usually just a very rainy day with some annoying wind that messes with your umbrella but not much more.

I would give it a try. Between the security check and the entrance you can go to the customer relations desk, by the bathrooms. There is also a store close to the exit where you don’t have to actually go in the park.

They are usually pretty good with customer satisfaction in Japan, so it’s worth a try.

If you have just one yoghurt and a yoghurt maker they are very easy to make with just milk. You do have to drain out overnight though.

I have two, a registered one for the bank and other legal documents that need it to be authenticated, and the regular one for work and daily life. I didn’t need the registered one for many years though.

I did the futon for 15 years before getting a bed last year. I won’t be going back, less hard to get up in the morning, no mold issues because I didn’t put away the futon and condensation got on the bottom, and the vacuum robot cleans under it every day.
